just aquired two pdas. one of them i started up right away, and the screen is horrible. the other one will take me a while to get started. i need to go out and buy a very small star wrench, then buy a 25 dollar replacement battery (half the cost of the pda itself).

bookmarked! maybe productivity will increase!
ok, so, my life: update!
I am going back to school in a week, or something. i am really excited just by the thought. this summer has been painfully boring; don't take that as an exaggeration. and i haven't drawn anything worthwhile in forever (about 2 months). i was supposed to get a job... guess what i didn't get. so no money (well, $30, but that's going towards a DS Lite), and i'm supposed to be going to two conventions this year. huge drag.
and i have been dealing with a bout of depression on and off this summer, suprisingly unrelated to the lack of money. and i totally hate depression. i resent it, no one should ever be depressed. this is more like a faux depression i guess. it's not like i can't have fun, but i keep thinking like "what the use" in everything. it's one of those "blegh" depressions. and since i haven't been drawing, it's worse than ever. i don't really get on aim that much anymore. i feel like a few peopole don't even like talking to me anymore, so i just sign off so i don't have to think about it.
one thing, other than drawing, that could help me is forums. if i had a forum that i could regular, hell i would be pretty happy.
you know when i said this summer was painfully boring, well i guess that was exaggeration, because now that i think about it, it hasn't been. infact, it's been packed. for one, i went to Otakon, i had summer school (own will), i went to Washington D.C., and i will be going to Outer Banks in a few days (this Sunday).
More on the otakon and D.C.! Otakon was awesome. not to leave that it was exhausting. i slept about 14 hours when i got back. the rave was fun, i dry humped a few people with this guy dressed in a black dress (screaming "DERKA DERKA DERKA," every few seconds). i went to a few panels, saw Fred Gallagher, went to the 4chan panel (in the process meeting some /b/tards), and i spent all my money. i had some pictures somewhere around here, but i think they're on my camera, with i can't find the charger for. ON TO D.C.! Ok so, this was really recent, meaning i got back on tuesday. it was a three day vaction, but it was hellofa good time. our hotel was in Chevy Chase, Maryland. RICHY FUCKING RICH. this is the kinda place senators reside. we were right across from Ralph Lauren, Dior, Tiffany and Co., COOP, and a lot of other high dollar places. one of them made you pay money to park in the parking lot. call me some contry bumpkin hillbilly, but i ain't never heard of nothin' like that! of course, this trip did make me realize how country i was. we rode the metro into D.C. and i couldn't stop jabbering how cool it was. city people ride these awesome trains everyday. that is like an adventure every morning; it amazes me. another one of those "hick" moments was, while we were walking on the huge sidewalks they have in the city, i said so elequintly "in the city they have huge sidewalks so it's fun to walk, instead of back where we live where you have to literally cheat with death everytime you want to walk somewhere because there are no goddamn sidewalks." (not exact words, but that's what i meant).
and that no exaggeration. where i live, there are no sidewalks. i have usually like 4 inches of grass and dirt to walk on. back to the story.>
we saw the constitution, the magna carta, the bill of rights, and all that jazz. we saw mr. lincoln in his huge chair, and the preamble chiseled into the marble wall that were there. i was in awe. the mall was desolate this time of year. the grass was ungrown and it was just sad. the WWII memorial was my favorite memorial, next being the Veitnam memorial. the WWII memorial was just cool. it was the most "artistic" of memorials, and the most spectacular. look it up. i went to the Freer's Gallery of art. that had to be one of my favorite museums. we went to the holocaust museum/memorial. was a huge three floor exhibit. it conjured a lot of emotions. all the memorials did. especially the Vietnam memorial. we did a museum run basically, saw all the norm, averaging at about 7 miles a day.
ok, so hot damn, i think i am done. so maybe my summer isn't that bad, but whatev. i just want to get back into school. this is basically just a ramble, so if there are any mistakes, or comma splices (one... two... three...) i don't relly care.
