I hate relationships...

I hate relationships, and instant messaging as a form of communication really doesn't help. You can't tell what someone is saying, or how they are saying it. It basically can skew how you view of any word however you take it. As in, if you're pissed off and someone is joking with you, or trying to sday something, you couls percieve in a different light, then you get into a fight. It's just one big mess.

Well, about the relationship part; I basically told someone that I want to date (not so bluntly) and he said "I won't hold it against you." ... What? See I don't understand that. Is it saying "I don't like you, but I won't hold it against you for liking me?" I would ask him, but I'm too embarrassed. All this time I am afraid of rejection, and I think I just got rejected. He is pretty much one of a kind too (don't read that as a black woman saying it [please]).



So yeah, I really need to resolve this.

I hate politics...

But I just can't stop participating. Slap any name on it you want; civil duty, democratic right, a privilege, I don't care. The point is, I do it because I care about who runs my country, or in this case, runs my community. Because I live here, and if I participate I can complain if they mess up something. And that's the beauty of voting.

Of course... I can't vote. I'm not old enough, but I can still participate. I did! Just by caring I did.
Anywho, I ran around town today with my Papo. He's a cool dude, can't hear well, but still cool. In the first leg of our trip I went with my dad to go vote at a Baptists church. This would be my first time going anywhere remotely near a voting booth. Of course there were people outside telling us to vote yes on question 1. My dad scolded them on the mudslinging this time, and they talked in that annoying salesmen type speak. The kind where they act like your friend, even though you are totally against them. Of course after my dad was done, I said out of earshot of my dad to them "I hate politicians," and walked off. I only said that because they pissed me off at that moment. I don't really hate all politicians, just most.

That's all I'm going to talk about right now, because I want to go play a game.
